In monsoon there is rain and at last my favorite summer we face hot atmosphere. Mainly there are four seasons: winter, Summer, autumn, and spring. Winter is the cold season generally comes at the end of October and middle of November.In mountainous regions there is snowfall and glaciers are formed.Winter is pleasant in the ways like; people visit to see the snowfall in hilly areas, they enjoy the season especially at night, people sit around fire and enjoy bone fire etc.

Winter in New York can be really challenging with snow storms and severe weather conditions.

Not to mention that very often snow can block traffic, create havoc, and even cut communication utilities In this cases winter can be indeed the worse season of the year.

Some people refer to Bhangra as a kind of dance since it was earlier used as a celebratory folk dance that meant spring or Vaisakhi was nearby (David, 2011)…

I imagine cold weather, blizzards, and total lack of pleasant outdoor activities.

If we consider the unpleasant and negative aspects of winter, the main negative aspect of winter season is the disease attack.

Flu is common in this season and people are very irritated due to flu.Although, the white color - I may say the symbol of winter, speaks about purity, I associate it also with paleness and death.Besides the white, the predominant color of winter is grey.There are two associations that come into one's mind when hear the word "winter" - one is the positive and one is the negative.I would say that for me,the prevailing association is for the negative connotation of winter.There are numberless winter sports practiced in the open air, however, for me exposing my body to harsh temperatures and having numb limbs is not the ideal situation.Going to the gym is also acceptable, but then you have to walk back home exposed to the cold wind, after you have taken a shower, so one can catch cold or flu.I am not able to go outside and enjoy the terrific sunshine and fresh smell of grass.I once read an article about the effects of colors and how they can influence people's moods and emotions.Usually,people imagine cozy,comfortable atmosphere with fireplace and a bottle of wine…“Punjab” has been derived from Sanskrit terminologies, which pertain to 5 rivers, namely, Beas, Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi, and Sutlej , and āb which is translated as water.
